Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and support secure backend services, APIs and data integrations for core financial platforms, including insurance and asset‑management solutions. The role is API‑first, emphasizing system integration, reliability, data quality and security while ensuring deployment readiness and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js or Python.
• Design, document and expose APIs following Swagger/OpenAPI standards.
• Integrate with internal and external systems, ensuring data quality and reconciliation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated and unit testing, and monitor performance and security.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and contribute to release management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in backend development, API engineering or systems integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js or Python.
• Familiarity with unit testing, API documentation, CI/CD and production issue resolution.
• Exposure to banking, insurance or asset‑management domains is a plus.
