Stock Clerk – Admin & Stock Assistant

About the role

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a Stock Clerk to support the Admin Manager with stock control and asset management across its retail network. The role ensures inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies while providing essential administrative support in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Admin Manager with daily stock control and asset management across iStore’s retail network.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with iStore policies, standard operating procedures and Apple authorised repair guidelines.
• Assist in preparing reports on stock movements and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with store teams to facilitate timely replenishment and minimise stock‑out risks.

Required profile

• Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); tertiary qualification is a plus.
• At least one year of administrative experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated tenacity, urgency and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to take timely, appropriate action.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
• Clear and impactful communication skills for diverse audiences.
