About the role

The Store Manager leads all aspects of a Top Star Express location, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of appearance, safety, and operational excellence. This full‑time, on‑site role combines team leadership with hands‑on store management.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and manage a team of engaged employees.
• Train, coach, and develop staff using Top Star Express training methods.
• Enforce company policies and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage labor scheduling for store and food‑service areas.
• Achieve sales goals set by district/operations managers.
• Identify causes of shrinkage and implement loss‑control measures.
• Maintain the Top Star Express brand image and store cleanliness.
• Conduct competitive surveys and report findings.
• Complete required reports and paperwork promptly.
• Order, receive, and display merchandise according to plan‑ograms.
• Implement promotions and suggestive selling techniques.
• Work with vendors following company policies.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• U.S. work authorization (or local equivalent).
• Previous management experience in retail or food‑service environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong commitment to safety, security, and environmental procedures.
