Structural Engineer – International Project in Kenya

About the role

Yooshin Engineering Corporation is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its international project development team for a new venture in Kenya. The role will involve contributing to the design, analysis and delivery of sustainable infrastructure solutions as part of a global consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for project components in accordance with local codes and international standards.
• Prepare and review calculation reports, drawings and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers and construction managers, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Support the preparation of proposals and feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
• Participate in site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional experience in structural design and analysis.
• Willingness to work on an international assignment in Kenya.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
