Structural Graduate Engineer

About the role

AG&E Associates is seeking a motivated Structural Graduate Engineer to join its growing team across multiple U.S. offices. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on mission‑critical projects in data centers, aviation, and advanced manufacturing while developing core structural engineering skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using hand calculations and industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Prepare accurate project documentation, calculations, and reports.
• Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs.
• Gain exposure to a variety of project types and sectors over time.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and training initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) status and pursuing PE licensure in the state of residence.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with structural analysis software such as RAM or Tekla Structural Designer.
• Working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office.
