About the role

The company is looking for a Supervisor to lead a team in Embu, São Paulo. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor team activities to meet performance targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports using Power BI.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper use of Office tools.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and cost‑saving measures.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
• Experience in supervising teams or managing operational processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
