About the role
The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst provides senior‑level oversight and advisory support for regional Wage Hour programs. This position ensures compliance, evaluates program effectiveness, and guides operational improvements across budget, procurement, personnel, health and safety, and IT functions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of regional Wage Hour programs against national goals.
- Serve as staff reviewer and advisor to the Director of Operations for program evaluation and control.
- Provide advice, assistance, and reporting on Wage Hour program issues affecting the region.
- Support program planning and management in budget, personnel, procurement, health and safety, and IT.
- Supervise Back Wage Financial Systems employees and conduct comprehensive reviews of financial, procurement, personnel, space, and IT operations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Administrator for Operations on financial systems, procurement systems, and IT matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact and technical expert on Labor‑Management Relations and Performance Management, guiding supervisors in developing Performance Improvement Plans.
- Assist the Director of Operations in identifying and resolving operational problems in district offices.
- Review systemic factors such as fiscal operations, work organization, quality controls, space management, health and safety, and resource availability, and make recommendations.
- Develop regional plans and programs, determine methods, resolve conflicts, and coordinate work with program officials and external groups.
Required profile
- U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to obtain required security/investigation clearance.
- Subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 450).
- Completion of supervisory and employment probationary periods as required.
- At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑12 grade level.
