About the role
The Swap Station Attendant is the first point of contact for riders at our battery swap stations. You will ensure smooth battery exchange operations, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist riders with battery swap procedures and basic troubleshooting.
- Log customer feedback, challenges, and escalations.
- Record daily operational data, including downtime, faults, and rider issues.
- Submit shift reports using company tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational swap station.
- Conduct basic checks on batteries, cabinets, and utility services.
- Report faults, damage, or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Support additional station tasks as directed by line managers.
- Enforce safety rules and report accidents or near‑misses.
- Participate in safety training and toolbox talks.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable reporting habits.
- Good communication skills for interacting with riders and internal teams.
