Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruitment team remotely. You will ensure a smooth candidate journey by managing the end‑to‑end coordination of interviews, communications and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidates through each stage of the recruitment pipeline and keep them engaged.
• Schedule interviews, manage diaries of multiple stakeholders and confirm attendance.
• Chase interviewer feedback, record it promptly and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS.
• Respond to candidate queries professionally and identify potential delays, following up proactively.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent coordination, recruitment administration or similar operations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when dealing directly with candidates.
• Proactive attitude with the confidence to chase information without constant direction.

Required skills

• Google Workspace / G Suite
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Ashby)
