Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions. You will own the process from sourcing and screening to offer, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building diverse talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, professional networks and proactive outreach.
• Source, engage and nurture passive candidates, keeping them informed about opportunities at CloudFactory.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, conduct structured interviews and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights and advise on realistic timelines.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk hiring needs to senior Talent Acquisition team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing, global environment.
• Ability to build and sustain diverse talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
