Telecom Account Manager

About the role

As a Telecom Account Manager at Infobip, you will be the primary commercial liaison for telecom operators, driving long‑term partnerships and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver value, ensure operational excellence, and support Infobip’s global communication platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key telecom accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract renewals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, handling communications, escalations and service updates.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical support and other teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, highlighting value and growth opportunities.
• Analyze usage data to propose optimization strategies and support business development.
• Manage billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate onboarding and rollout of new services.
• Monitor industry trends and market pricing in partnership with Business Analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Proven analytical skills to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
