• Concept, iterate, prototype, and test solutions that are strategic, elegant, and simple.
• Distill complex systems into inventive, user‑focused designs.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams to ship high‑impact digital products.
• Track record of managing, training, and mentoring designers with clear, actionable direction.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑disciplinary partners and senior leaders.
• Talent for removing roadblocks and driving inventive problem‑solving.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to convey process, approach, and impact.
