UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on UI/UX Designer who will lead the creation, prototyping and continuous evolution of digital products and experiences for our clients. The role blends strategic thinking with practical design execution, and requires close collaboration with clients and internal multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional partners to define project needs and move work forward.
• Establish design standards, create guidelines, and codify best practices for the team.
• Conceptualise, iterate, prototype and test solutions to deliver strategic, elegant and simple designs.
• Distil complex systems into inventive, user‑centred solutions.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams that ship high‑impact digital products.
• Track record of managing, training and mentoring designers, providing clear direction.
• Ability to unblock difficult problems and drive inventive outcomes.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process, approach and impact.
