About the role

Provide excellent customer experience while driving branch business growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with bank standards and control requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement branch strategic initiatives to increase new business and wallet share from existing customers.
• Promote and cross‑sell a full range of retail and business banking products.
• Manage portfolio risk in line with the bank’s appetite and monitor performance against daily targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML and internal control policies for all new and existing business.
• Handle customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain high service standards.
• Support branch cost management, snap checks and accurate data entry in the core banking system.
• Collaborate with product heads and other business functions to develop sales initiatives and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree.
• Familiarity with banking products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, loans and credit cards.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
