Waitress – Multiple Openings

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waitresses to join our restaurant team in Kiambu. Four full‑time positions are available for candidates who enjoy delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, noting any dietary requirements.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation between guests.
• Handle billing, process cash, mobile‑money (M‑Pesa) and card payments, and issue accurate receipts.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address minor requests, and report any complaints to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, Catering, or a related field (or strong hospitality attitude).
• Entry‑level experience preferred; previous waitressing or serving experience is a plus.
• Well‑groomed appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and a respectful demeanor.
• Fluent in Swahili and English with strong verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
