About the role
The Water Plant Operator will ensure smooth operation of water treatment, bottling and packaging equipment at our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality, safety standards and timely delivery of finished goods.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain water treatment, bottling and packaging equipment.
- Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Load and deliver finished products to customers on schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum KCSE grade D+ or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in water bottling or food processing.
- Technical certificates or diplomas in water technology, mechanical engineering or related fields are an advantage.
- Physical fitness, integrity, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of water treatment processes.
- Experience operating bottling and packaging equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and maintenance.
