Wellsite Completions Supervisor

About the role

The Wellsite Completions Supervisor is the primary on‑site authority for drilling, completion and workover operations. You will represent Integrated Solutions’ interests while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance on the rig.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site HSE culture, conduct morning safety meetings and manage emergency response plans.
• Supervise day‑to‑day well activities, coordinate rig moves and ensure readiness before equipment arrival.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including Daily Drilling Reports, equipment logs and personnel certifications.
• Act as the liaison between the customer, drilling contractor and internal teams.
• Investigate equipment failures, capture lessons learned and provide technical guidance to the crew.
• Manage logistics for tools, personnel and material flow to and from the site.

Required profile

• Proven field experience in drilling, completions and workover operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to run meetings and coach junior staff.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle administrative tasks without losing focus on operations.
• Ownership mindset – treats the project as personal responsibility and ensures compliance.
