Wheel Loader Operator – Engineering Department

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, disciplined and safety‑conscious Wheel Loader Operator to join our Engineering Department – Construction Section. The role involves operating a wheel loader on construction sites to support material handling, loading and site operations while maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the wheel loader safely and efficiently at the construction site.
• Load, move and transport construction materials.
• Conduct daily machine inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Report mechanical faults, damages or safety risks promptly.
• Follow company safety procedures and engineering operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment.
• Support other engineering and construction activities as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating a wheel loader in a construction environment.
• Valid driving licence (Class G for construction and industrial machinery; Class BCE is an advantage).
• Valid heavy‑equipment operation certificate or training.
• Good understanding of construction site safety.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, responsible and team‑oriented.
