Accounting Assistant – Sage 100 Contractor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to manage indirect costs, vendor invoices and credit‑card transactions using Sage 100 Contractor. The position is fully remote and operates on a part‑time schedule, supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter indirect costs, vendor invoices and credit‑card transactions into Sage 100 Contractor accurately and on schedule.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing by ensuring all cost entries are complete and correctly categorized.
• Reconcile data between Service Titan and Sage 100 Contractor to maintain consistency across systems.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date financial records at the job‑cost level.
• Flag discrepancies or unusual entries for review by the business owner.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Sage 100 Contractor.
• Solid accounting background with knowledge of job costing, indirect costs and general ledger entries.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
