Adjunct Faculty – Lecturer in Pathology

About the role

The University seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Pathology and Pathophysiology to undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy and related health‑science programmes. This full‑time position involves classroom instruction, laboratory supervision, and mentorship of students pursuing health‑care careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and assess student performance in Pathology and Pathophysiology.
• Design, supervise, and grade practical and laboratory reports.
• Support and mentor students in their academic and career development.
• Contribute to curriculum development to keep content current and market‑relevant.
• Participate in programme assessment, reviews, and any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pathology, Human Pathology, Biomedical Science, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
• PhD or MMed in Pathology (or related field) is an advantage.
• Registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body is a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of university‑level teaching experience, preferably with diverse health‑science students.
