AI Automation Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to design, build, and maintain autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi‑step tasks with minimal human oversight. This role goes beyond traditional prompt engineering, focusing on creating agents that manage their own memory, interact with external tools, and orchestrate complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi‑step tasks.
• Create or configure MCP servers to act as universal connectors for LLMs to access enterprise tools, databases, and APIs such as Jira, GitHub, and CRM systems.
• Enable active AI by using MCP to trigger secure actions like updating data or launching marketing campaigns.
• Manage orchestration and context sharing among agents to ensure coherent task execution across scattered data sources.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance measures, including PII masking and access control, for autonomous operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive software development experience.

Required skills

• Proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as HermesAI and Langgraph.
• Experience with MCP principles and building agentic environments.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models like Claude and GPT that support tool calling.
