Aircraft Refueller

About the role

The Refueller ensures safe, efficient and timely fueling of aircraft in compliance with aviation standards and safety regulations. This position works closely with ground staff and airline representatives to keep flight operations running smoothly. It requires strict adherence to safety protocols and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fueling operations according to aviation safety standards.
• Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles for readiness before each operation.
• Monitor fuel levels, consumption and ensure timely delivery according to schedules.
• Coordinate fueling schedules with airline staff and ground operations.
• Report hazards, incidents or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate fueling records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Aviation Operations, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in aviation fueling or ground operations.
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and fueling procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset.
• Attention to detail, accountability and reliability.
