Analyst – CVP Core Consumer Solutions

About the role

Visa is seeking an Analyst to join the Core Consumer Product & CVP team within Regional Product Solutions for Southern & Eastern Africa. The role supports card payment product, platform, and customer value proposition management through analytics, market research, programme coordination, and stakeholder support.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of customer value propositions, including segmentation, benefit mapping, and market opportunity assessment.
• Analyse portfolio performance metrics such as acquisition, activation, usage, retention, revenue growth, and benefits utilisation; create dashboards and scorecards.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across card products, loyalty, digital banking, fintech, and emerging payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Client Services, Solution Delivery, and regional teams to launch and manage CVP initiatives.
• Prepare product presentations, proposition summaries, client‑ready insights, workshop materials, and quarterly portfolio updates for issuer engagements.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and post‑launch actions across SEA CVP initiatives.
• Monitor benefit and offer programme performance, utilisation, issuer adoption, partner inputs, and customer engagement outcomes.
• Produce management updates, executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership reports.

• Ability to translate portfolio data and market insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting client‑facing work and product enablement.
