ARMO Maintenance Engineer - Wireline

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking an ARMO Maintenance Engineer to support the ARMO Manager and workshop operations. You will apply engineering concepts to ensure tool calibration, maintenance activities, and process improvements are executed on time and to manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Audit processes, tools and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage plant budget, supplies and expenses efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality metrics, policies and programs.
• Control and execute maintenance plans for tools, benches and instruments.
• Support Lean Six Sigma projects to meet efficiency and quality goals.
• Provide technical training on 6S methodology to maintain plant order and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ARMO (Assembly, Repair and Maintenance Operations).
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a global environment.
• Strong problem‑identification and solution skills.
• Effective communication in English and teamwork orientation.
