Engineering Technician – Maintenance (Job ID 169)

About the role

The Engineering Technician will ensure reliable operation of plant equipment in our agro‑chemical manufacturing facility, performing maintenance, inspections and rapid fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Carry out repairs for machinery and equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect boilers, dryers, retorts, pumps, compressors and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Record maintenance activities and spare parts usage accurately.
• Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP and company regulations.
• Maintain tools, workshop housekeeping and support continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and utility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs independently.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and emergency breakdown support.
