Assurance Associate – Audit (FP&A focus)

About the role

Join Siemens Controlling and Finance Assurance as an Assurance Associate‑Audit with a focus on FP&A. This hybrid position works across several U.S. locations and supports the company’s mission to provide independent, data‑driven insight for better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess key operational and financial risks within Siemens’ global software and technology businesses.
• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive audit engagements to address identified risks.
• Drive assurance objectives independently, formulate conclusions, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the data‑analytics team to develop digital use cases that expand audit coverage.
• Participate in senior‑management meetings to present findings, discuss observations, and define next steps.

Required profile

• Proven track record of outstanding performance and continuous professional development.
• Willingness to work outside of core expertise and across different practices or regions.
• Ability to understand business processes, goals, and strategy to provide actionable analysis.
• Hybrid work availability in Iselin, NJ; Plano, TX; or Atlanta, GA.
