Audit Supervisor – Anti-Fraud & Internal Audit

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead our anti‑fraud and internal audit initiatives across multiple business functions in Africa. The role combines office‑based analysis with field investigations to identify risks, detect fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead independent fraud investigations, manage whistle‑blower reports, and produce detailed investigation reports.
• Conduct risk‑based anti‑fraud audits, market research, and evidence collection to uncover irregularities.
• Review sales transactions, verify customer accounts, and ensure pricing compliance.
• Examine procurement processes, perform supplier reconciliations, and analyze market pricing for fairness.
• Support audit activities in inventory, expenses, and internal control systems, assisting the Audit Manager with audit plan execution.
• Identify control weaknesses, recommend corrective actions, and promote an ethical compliance culture through training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in internal audit or anti‑fraud investigations.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, fraud detection techniques, and risk management.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive investigations.
• Willingness to travel for field investigations when required.
