Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

This position focuses on high‑volume telephone sales, promoting a membership program to a diverse customer base in Kenya. You will be the primary voice converting conversations into revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approximately 40 outbound calls per day, ensuring quality and sales targets are met.
• Present the membership program in professional English, highlighting benefits and features.
• Identify customer needs and turn them into actionable sales opportunities.
• Overcome objections using prepared rebuttals and close sales to maximise revenue.
• Spot and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across products and services.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers throughout the shift.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
• At least one year of experience in a BPO or call‑center sales role (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of handling objections and closing sales.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and adaptable attitude.
