About the role
We are looking for a diligent Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to manage our financial transactions and keep our records accurate. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure payments are processed on time and accounts are reconciled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
