Branch Operations Manager

About the role

The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, efficient workflow, and high customer satisfaction across door, frame and hardware projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales activity and profitability, working closely with the Sales Manager.
• Supervise staff from all departments, setting performance goals and providing coaching.
• Manage inventory levels, on‑time delivery, and project estimates to meet customer deadlines.
• Prepare and track the branch’s annual budget, reviewing variances with department heads.
• Coordinate office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of work orders.
• Maintain production and attendance reports, addressing operational issues promptly.
• Support customer relations by resolving technical issues related to doors, frames, and hardware.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch or operations management, preferably in construction or hardware sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset for budgeting, inventory control, and performance reporting.
• Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
