Business Development Executive – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Join Qhwetu Capital’s fast‑growing real‑estate team as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for driving sales of apartments and residential plots across Nairobi’s most sought‑after locations, turning leads into closed deals while building a lasting client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Sell apartments in Nairobi’s hottest neighborhoods such as Westlands, Kileleshwa, Lavington and Upperhill.
• Market residential plots in emerging areas like Konza and along Mombasa Road.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
• Develop and maintain a client book that generates repeat business.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within real estate.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly motivated, confident and eager to succeed.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a client pipeline.
