Business Operations Manager – Real Estate & Property Management

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our real‑estate and property‑management division, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. This senior role reports to senior leadership and works closely with client‑facing teams to deliver profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Oversee daily operations and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Real Estate, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate.
• Strong understanding of property management and business operations.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of revenue growth.
