Caregiver – Personal Support Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to provide daily personal support to an individual in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves assisting with basic hygiene, nutrition, medication management, and companionship to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and monitor nutritional intake.
- Administer medications and track health conditions when required.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental stimulation.
- Accompany the individual to medical appointments and outings.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, medications, and health changes.
- Ensure the living space remains safe, clean, and comfortable.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving or related experience.
- High school diploma (additional education is a plus).
- Professional, friendly attitude with flexibility for night shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- CPR certification
