Channel Sales Executive

About the role

The Channel Sales Executive will lead the development and expansion of NFT Consult’s reseller and distribution network across Kenya. You will identify new partners, nurture existing relationships and drive revenue growth for multifunctional printers, office automation, software solutions and managed print services.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop new resellers and distribution partners.
• Build strategic relationships with channel partners to maximise market coverage.
• Co‑create business plans with partners and conduct regular visits to uncover opportunities.
• Ensure partners are trained on products and solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the channel, generating leads and converting them into profitable sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and sales agreements within company guidelines.
• Support partners with presentations, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and gather customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity and monthly performance reports.
