Client Relations Assistant

About the role

The Client Relations Assistant provides professional support to customers by handling enquiries, processing orders and coordinating fulfilment. Working closely with internal teams, the assistant ensures accurate capture of order information in the ERP system and timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, respond to and follow up on customer enquiries regarding product orders, availability, status, deliveries, complaints, returns and other service requests.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
• Capture, update and maintain accurate customer and order information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate picking, packing, invoicing and fulfilment of orders.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with timely delivery updates.
• Handle complaints and returns professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain records of interactions, orders, complaints and returns.
• Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Health‑related academic background (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory, Public Health) or related field.
• Previous sales experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage orders and enquiries efficiently while coordinating with internal teams.
