Collections Agent – Customer Payment Recovery

About the role
The Collections Agent will join our finance team to manage overdue customer accounts, ensuring timely repayment while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans that suit both the customer and the company.
- Maintain accurate call records and detailed notes in the system.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and courteously.
- Escalate difficult cases to senior staff when necessary.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong discipline and reliable attendance.
