About the role
The World Agroforestry Centre is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to support its mission in Nairobi. This position will operate within a multicultural, multidisciplinary team in a non‑profit environment, providing HR expertise and guidance.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Holds a relevant university degree.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional international language(s) are a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, preferably in a non‑profit organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to information sharing and continuous improvement.
