DevOps Engineer (Part‑Time / Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support our growing infrastructure on a part‑time, fully remote basis. You will work directly with the PM and CTO, ensuring our AWS environment runs smoothly with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AWS services daily to maintain performance and uptime.
• Resolve deployment issues promptly and keep CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) operational.
• Maintain application processes with PM2 and manage Docker containers.
• Review deployment logs weekly and apply infrastructure changes using Terraform.
• Conduct monthly security and performance audits, and optimise AWS costs.
• Keep technical documentation and runbooks up to date.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a mid‑level DevOps Engineer.
• Strong background in AWS, Terraform, Docker and Jenkins pipelines.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and writing Bash scripts.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive and able to work independently.
