About the role

Join our innovative banking team in Bangalore as a DevSecOps Engineer. You will combine Python development, generative AI, and cloud security to build secure, scalable applications that drive the next generation of financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Python automation and security orchestration applications.
• Contribute to generative AI projects, creating secure user‑centric interfaces with React or Angular.
• Drive AI‑enhanced security controls and processes as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with backend and API teams to ensure security and scalability of microservices and cloud‑native applications.
• Design and review frontend components and database schemas, upholding data integrity and security best practices.
• Embed DevSecOps principles through CI/CD pipelines, secure IaC, and continuous security monitoring.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for security architecture, threat modelling, and vulnerability management.
• Research and integrate emerging AI and cybersecurity innovations for the banking sector.
• Mentor peers and junior engineers to foster a culture of security excellence.
