Digital Marketer – Property Development

About the role

Our client, a leading property development company, is looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketer to lead online marketing initiatives. You will shape digital strategies that boost brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate qualified leads for gated community homes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital campaigns across email, social media and search engine marketing.
• Create engaging website, blog and social media content.
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven digital marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn and develop professionally.
