Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to drive online campaigns for property listings and generate qualified leads for our real‑estate client. The role combines paid advertising, content creation, SEO, and analytics to support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid ads on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create engaging visual and written content, including photos, videos, virtual tours and blog posts.
• Implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve local search rankings.
• Manage social media profiles and execute targeted email newsletters.
• Monitor website traffic, ad performance and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead‑generation initiatives and promotional projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
