Digital Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Digital Transformation Project Manager leads the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within World Vision’s Delivery Centre of Excellence. This role translates approved business investments into usable digital capabilities that drive measurable value and support vulnerable children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery across the value chain, from validated intent through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness.
• Orchestrate collaboration among Business Analysis, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption teams.
• Maintain delivery momentum by managing dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
• Integrate change and adoption activities into delivery plans, including communications, training, and operational transition.
• Serve as the central coordination point for stakeholders, facilitating governance forums such as Steering Committees and delivery reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred.
• Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent) desirable.
