Digital Telesales Intern – Online Sales & Customer Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Telesales Intern to join our Digital Sales and Marketing team in Nairobi. You will support online sales and customer engagement by reaching out to prospects and existing clients through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls and digital channels.
• Make international sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the organization’s products, services, and campaigns.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.
• Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and online customer engagement.
• Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, ICT or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, creative and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus.
• Applicants with their own laptop will be given priority.
