Digital Transformation Project Manager – PMII

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives within its Global Technology & Digital Solutions division. You will translate approved business investments into usable digital capabilities that drive measurable value for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital projects from intent and requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery across Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption teams.
• Coordinate closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain disciplined delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience, including 2–3 years managing IT projects or workstreams in complex delivery environments.
• Recognised project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe) preferred.
• Change‑management certification (PROSCI or equivalent) desirable.
• Strong communication skills to convey status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business partners, delivery teams, and vendors.
