About the role
The Director of Operations will lead large‑scale commercial livestock and ranching activities, driving transformation of farming operations into structured, efficient, and profitable businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of commercial livestock or ranching operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor business performance metrics and financial results.
- Maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large‑scale livestock or ranching operations.
- Proven track record of transforming farming businesses.
- Strong understanding of finance, performance metrics, and investor relations.
- Excellent leadership ability to motivate and develop on‑ground teams.
