Document Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller to coordinate all departments and ensure that corporate documents are stored correctly, checked for accuracy, and submitted on time within our Construction & Delivery Department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all departments to keep documents in the right place and archive.
• Ensure corporate documents are checked and submitted before due dates.
• Copy, scan, store, and file documents in physical and digital records.
• Check accuracy, edit files such as contracts, and distribute project‑related copies to internal teams.
• Create templates for future use and retrieve files as requested by employees or clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation and verify file names and submissions are error‑free.
• Assist in preparing procedures and system packages for document control.
• Ensure documentation meets formal requirements, standards, and confidentiality.
• Set documentation structures, workflows, and planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working on construction projects.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
