Event Decorator – Creative Event Styling

About the role

We are looking for a talented Event Decorator to bring imaginative concepts to life for a variety of events. You will collaborate with our event team to design and execute stunning visual environments that delight clients and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design event themes and decoration concepts.
• Set up decorations including stages, tables, chairs, backdrops, and overall venue styling.
• Use balloon decoration, floral arrangements, lighting, and fabrics creatively.
• Work closely with catering, organizers, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver all decorations on schedule and maintain high‑quality visual standards.
• Communicate with clients, incorporate feedback, and make adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event decoration (5 years preferred).
• Strong creativity with an eye for design and colour coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of event styling, themes, and layouts.
• Portfolio of previous work (photos or videos) required.
• Hardworking, responsible, calm under pressure, and detail‑oriented.
