Factory Operations Manager

About the role

The Factory Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership for the entire manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This role combines oversight of operations, quality, procurement, inventory, and distribution to drive productivity and profitability. The manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all factory functions, including production, quality assurance, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Motivate and manage cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant management.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, labor, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost control.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.
