Production Manager – Maintenance & Production

About the role

The Production Manager will lead end‑to‑end operations for PET beverage lines, ensuring high efficiency, quality and on‑time delivery in a fast‑growing FMCG plant. You will be responsible for production planning, material management and continuous improvement of cost and energy use.

Key responsibilities

• Own production operations across Nitrogen Hot Fill Juice, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks and water lines.
• Lead planning and scheduling, manage raw material and packaging projections to avoid stock‑outs.
• Achieve 95%+ OTIF (on‑time‑in‑full) and maintain OEE above 85% while keeping process waste under 1%.
• Ensure 100% material reconciliation between SAP and physical stock at shift end.
• Maintain first‑pass quality of 99.5% with no rework.
• Monitor critical parameters (nitrogen dosing, fill weight, dissolved oxygen, temperature, torque, sealing integrity, labeling) on hot‑fill lines.
• Log every line event in real time on the digital system.
• Drive line qualification, product changeovers, CIP/SIP activities to GMP and food‑safety standards.
• Lead cost‑saving, energy reduction and weight‑reduction projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (minimum 14 years) in production management within FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven ability to meet OTIF, OEE and quality targets.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food‑safety standards and CIP/SIP processes.
• Experience with SAP for material and inventory control.
