About the role
The Feed Mill Manager will oversee the complete feed production process, from raw material receipt to dispatch of finished feed. This senior position ensures operational excellence, product quality, and regulatory compliance within the company's feed mill facility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end feed mill operations, managing raw material intake, processing, and product dispatch.
- Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS and other regulatory standards.
- Manage production planning, maintenance schedules, inventory control, and operational budgets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in feed mill or related manufacturing environment.
- Proven senior‑level leadership and management experience.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 standards.
- Understanding of GMP+ requirements.
- Experience with KEBS regulatory compliance.
